Certified Business Broker and Oregon Licensed Real Estate Broker. More than 30 years of owning, operating, valuing and selling businesses in Oregon and New York.
Rob has owned seven businesses, co-founded Falling Sky Brewing, run restaurants and wholesale operations, negotiated commercial leases and owned commercial property. He has been the seller, the buyer and the operator, and that shapes every valuation and every negotiation.
Business brokerage is mostly seller representation. Buyers come in through listings, so Rob treats his buyer list as something that serves the listings: qualified people matched to the right opportunity, with confidentiality kept at every step.
Rob works directly with every client and leads every transaction. Other agents or partners may be involved on a given deal, but he is the broker you deal with.
